Overview

This plugin changes the proxy env vars and host CA path on restored kotsadm deployments (<1.46) and statefulsets (>=1.46). All replicasets and pods belonging to the kotsadm deployment/statefulset must also be changed to prevent Kubernetes from creating a new replicaset, which can cause the restore to fail because of race conditions.
