TOP UI for MacOS

• Uses a simple QT GUI to display PID, Process Name, and CPU% from the top command.
• The GUI auto-updates in real-time every few seconds.
• Golang is required to install/build the program:
  go get -v github.com/rootVIII/topui & go build/install github.com/rootVIII/topui
