Overview

Command decomk is an isconf-inspired bootstrap wrapper for devcontainers.

MVP responsibilities:

• Load decomk.conf (and optional decomk.d/*.conf).
• Expand macros into a tuple-only policy set (VAR=value assignments).
• Write a shell-friendly env file (env.sh) for other processes to source.
• Optionally execute GNU make in a persistent stamp directory.
