Package types contains types specific to prom exporting.

this comes from: https://github.com/synapsecns/sanguine/blob/5f5f6779a33ff40ad099a43874d401f9c9dfe02a/packages/synapse-interface/constants/chains/index.tsx and needs to be manually updated when https://github.com/synapsecns/sanguine/issues/1586 is implemented, this can be removed nolint: golint, revive

func ToInts(ids ...ChainID) (out []int)

ToInts converts a list of chainIDs to a slice of ints. please note: this will not remove duplicate chainids.
