Version metadata, overridable at build time via -ldflags. Builds without ldflags (e.g. `go install …@vX.Y.Z`) fall back to the Go build info.

func Execute()

Execute is the CLI entrypoint. It adds git-style external plugin dispatch on top of cobra: an unknown `togo <x>` is resolved to a `togo-<x>` executable on PATH or in ~/.togo/bin before cobra reports "unknown command".

RegisterMake adds the make:* family: the core flow (model → controller → view), the all-in-one resource shortcut, actions, and single-artifact generators.
