Install

go install swee.codes/utfencode

Usage

Encode

utfencode encode :3 "I'm so silly"

Results in

:3󠄹󠄗󠅝󠄐󠅣󠅟󠄐󠅣󠅙󠅜󠅜󠅩

[!WARNING] Copying through terminals may remove some of the output, try piping to wl-copy or a similar tool if you want it in your clipboard.

Decode
