NewStopVisitSetVehicleJourneyCancellationUpdater builds an AfterAllStopVisitSave complex macro: it is configured on StopVisits but, once all the StopVisits of a batch have been saved, runs a single time on each affected VehicleJourney. The VehicleJourney is cancelled when it has a complete stop sequence and all of its StopVisits are cancelled. Running once per VehicleJourney (instead of once per StopVisit) avoids cancelling the same VehicleJourney multiple times (ARA-1852).
