NewTestConfig creates a new config.Config that can be used for testing. Like NewTestConfigWithHostname, but only for localhost.

func NewTestConfigWithHostname(t *testing.T, hostname string) (string, *config.Config)

NewTestConfigWithHostname creates a new config.Config that can be used for testing. It creates a temporary clipboard directory and even generates a self-signed cert (issued to the given hostname).
