GetAPIV2Server returns an httptest Server useful for testing APIV2 type adapters. Instead of having to write your own you can simply get this

func GetURL

func GetURL(t *testing.T, s *httptest.Server) *url.URL

GetURL allows you to get the URL of the server you've created using either the above GetAPIV2Server or your own httptest Server.
