Overview

Reactive - ScrollBar: Custom Scroll Area Shows ScrollBar.BindScrollPos with Ref[float64] to wire two external scrollbars to a manually-clipped content viewport — without ScrollPanel. Demonstrates that refs can be driven from either side: dragging the scrollbar updates the ref, and programmatic Set() on the ref moves both the thumb and the content simultaneously.
