InitHandleFlags is the same as Initialise but it loads its options from flags

func Initialise

func Initialise(datadir, configdir string)

Initialise loads the config data from the config file and sets the current directory to datadir for loading and saving data

func Setup(modules []*module.Module)

Setup this is crappy, i'll rewrite this to be prettier eventually ~~or never apparently~~

func StartUntilStop

func StartUntilStop(modules []*module.Module)

StartUntilStop starts the bot and runs it until something requests it to close
