RouterInfo is one entry in the router registry.
`kind` distinguishes the controller's two main shapes :
- "peer" : a WireGuard peer wiring two tenant networks together. Backend is always "wireguard". `peer_state` carries the live handshake info reported by the data plane.
- "egress" : BGP gateway to the public internet. Backend defaults to "gobgp" (the weft-router micro-VM running GoBGP + netlink — pure-Go, micro-VM-scaled, the openweft microVM-first strategy). "vyos" / "frr" remain accepted as escape hatches for tenants that need multi-protocol routing (OSPF / IS-IS / RSVP-TE) and run as classic VMs via `weft instance`. `external` describes the upstream (ASN, peer IP, …).
